Council on Aging serves the senior adult in Clare and Gladwin Counties.  Some are active seniors who enjoy the food, fellowship and special events at the Council's ten Senior Dining Centers.  Others benefit from home-delivered meals and in-home services like homemaking, personal care and respite care programs that help keep the elderly independent and in their own homes.

Mission Statement of CoA

To stimulate, serve and assist older persons (60+), especially those at risk due to health and economic reasons, to achieve their desired independence and dignity through client advocacy, assessment and provision of needed services.
